Dr. Vincent Acary accepted the invitation on 20 May 2009 (self-imposed deadline: 20 November 2009).

Nonsmooth dynamical system refers to a class of dynamical systems charaterized by their nonsmooth behavior in time (jumps in state and in its derivative) and the nonsmoothness of their mathematical description. Differential inclusions, evolution variational inequalities, sweeping process and comlementarity systems belongs to this category of dynamical systems.
