Each article must be written or co-written by an "established expert": an internationally recognized expert on the article's topic.
The article's (most) established expert becomes its Curator, at time of article publication.
While there may be instances in which there are multiple established experts possessing equal levels of experience, an established expert designation is nonetheless necessary.
