I have only two remarks, both concern the section Sample Application:
1- {\rm e}^\gamma in the expression of I_{pt} has not been defined, it has the dimensions of a squared mass, is not it related to \mu^2?
2- It would be useful to explain why the Borel transformation makes the expansions for I_{pt} and I_{cond} convergent.
The rest of the article looks to me very clear and deserving approval.
